Forza Security is the Triangle’s leading armed security provider, owned and operated by Thomas V. Silluzio, a retired Raleigh Police Officer with 28 years of dedicated service.
Forza is the only armed security company that exclusively employs experienced law enforcement professionals and military veterans, all of whom are retired or former officers with extensive backgrounds in public safety and security. We believe that to deliver security at the highest standard and effectively deter criminal activity, one must possess a deep background in law enforcement. This level of expertise and training has earned us the trust of local businesses, residents, and the community.
Unlike many other armed security companies, which hire individuals without law enforcement experience and require only 40 hours of training before arming them, Forza Security maintains a much higher standard. Officers without proper experience and minimal training may fail to respond appropriately in critical situations, potentially leading to negative consequences for businesses, the officer, and the community.
